TCI Expands Library with New Ukrainian Study Books
While rebuilding our library remains a priority, providing students with study books in Ukrainian is also essential. TCI continues its dedicated efforts in translation and publishing work, making significant strides in enhancing educational resources for our students. Thanks to the collaborative efforts of TCI and its supporters, two new books are now available in Ukrainian for the first time.
The Master’s Foundation, in cooperation with TCI, has translated Biblical Preaching: Preparing and Preaching an Expository Sermon by Haddon W. Robinson into Ukrainian. This is the sixth book published in the Theological Education series.
In this book, Robinson guides readers through the ten stages of sermon preparation, addressing common difficulties, the exegesis of various Bible passages, and providing numerous tips for effectively conveying sermon material. This book is designed primarily for beginning preachers but is also a valuable resource for experienced preachers and anyone seeking to master the art of preaching.
TCI has also published History of the Church in Plain Language by Bruce Shelley.
Bruce Shelley’s classic one-volume history of the church offers an easy-to-read guide to the global history of Christianity. The book covers the journey of the church from its early days to the modern era, presenting the stories of real people in specific situations and events, and exploring the historical context of major periods and themes in Christian history.
These new publications mark a significant achievement for TCI, reflecting our ongoing commitment to providing high-quality theological education in Ukrainian. By expanding our library with these valuable resources, we aim to support our students’ academic and spiritual growth, equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed for their future ministries.
