The Wave Project

Following the attack on the hydroelectric power plant in the Kherson Region, which led to the flooding of thousands of homes, TCI launched a project to provide encouragement and hope to those affected. The project involved printing encouraging Bible texts, particularly focusing on verses from Isaiah 43:2:

When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you.
When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze
.

This uplifting message, accompanied by an illustration of a map of Ukraine’s rivers, has served as a beacon of inspiration and comfort for many individuals impacted by the war and the flooding crisis. The text, printed on bags and hoodies, has resonated deeply with individuals facing adversity, reminding them of God’s constant presence and protection.

I am delighted to share that, thanks to the support of our partners, TCI successfully produced 130 bags and hoodies adorned with this encouraging text for our students. These items serve as tangible reminders of God’s care and provision, empowering our students to carry the message of hope and resilience into their communities.

As an institution committed to serving and equipping its students, TCI remains steadfast in its efforts to provide support and encouragement to them and the communities where they serve. We are deeply grateful to all our partners, who enable us to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals facing hardship.
