Burnout Prevention Classes
TCI alumnus, professional counselor, and psychologist, Andrey Meshtanov, taught a series on preventing emotional burnout. Topics included self-organization, healthy thinking, work-life balance, empathy, and self-awareness. Besides, TCI staff shared their own experiences in preventing burnout. These meetings are essential for the successful handling of stress and TCI staff appreciated them a lot.

Advanced Training for Leading Staff
The leading staff of TCI participated in “Leadership in Theological Education” training, conducted by Insur Shamgunov, Executive MBA from Said Business School at the University of Oxford. The training covered leadership models in the education system, regional and international cooperation between seminaries, global trends in theological education, adapting educational models to crisis conditions, and shifting leadership paradigms.
