Update on a refugee project - Violin for Katya

Not long ago we were reaching out to some of you asking for your help to make Katya’s dream come true.

Katya is a violinist. In her hometown of Kherson, she played in a church worship group, serving with her talent to God. When the war broke out, Katya had to evacuate so fast she did not have the opportunity to take away the most important of her items — the violin. Now Katya is a refugee living in one of the cities in the west of Ukraine, where she serves God as a volunteer. Katya desperately wanted to get back to her calling — worshiping God by playing the violin. TCI was resing funds to help Katya buy a new violin made by a very gifted artist, also a refugee from Kharkiv.

Today we are happy to report about the completion of this project. We are very thankful for everyone who participated. Please have a look at a short video report.
